Every existing self care app shared an unspoken assumption which is that users would consistently engage but real life is messy. A pattern for people who downloaded these tools when motivated, then abandoned them when they needed support most. The very design of these apps was pushing away their target audience. -Self-care felt isolating -Progress was hard to see -Existing tools added pressure

[ ISSUE AND USERS ]

Fuzzy isn’t trying to fix anyone. It’s a system of gentle structure a space to return to, without guilt or pressure, and still feel like progress is happening.

Fuzzy made it easier for people to care for themselves not by pushing harder, but by staying soft, consistent, and grounded.

“This is the only app I don’t feel bad about skipping.”

“It doesn’t punish me when I fall off.”

“It helps me feel like I’m still moving forward even if it’s slow."
